Archbishop Gilbert Gacera, DD
Abp. Garcera is the Archbishop of Lipa. He was born in Magarao, Camarines Sur, to Celestino Borja Garcera and Nenita Romero Armea. He finished his elementary education in 1971 at Naga Parochial School, Naga City and his secondary education in 1975 at Holy Rosary Minor Seminary in Naga City. He continued his studies at Holy Rosary Minor Seminary where he completed Bachelor of Philosophy in 1979 and Bachelor of Sacred Theology in 1983 at the Holy Rosary Major Seminary. The same year, on May 29, he was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Caceres. He received his Master's Degree in Religious Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City, in 1992, with the thesis "A Proposed Basic Catechetical Formation Program for the Deaf."
In 2004, he completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development (OD) at the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI), Antipolo City, with his dissertation "An OD Intervention in Evolving the Desired Organizational Culture of the Episcopal Commissions of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP)."

Bishop was born in Manila on May 18, 1969. He studied philosophy at St. Francis de Sales Major Seminary in Lipa City and theology at the Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain to earn a licentiate in Sacred Theology. He later attended the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, in Rome, and obtained a licentiate in Church History. He was ordained priest for the Archdiocese of Lipa, March 13, 1995. He was Vicar of Immaculate Conception parish in Bauan, Batangas soon after ordination for year and then taught at St. Francis de Sales Major Seminary in Lipa City for three years. He was also Vice-Chancellor, Professor, Educator and Dean of Studies at St. Francis Theological Seminary from 2003 to 2009, when he became the Rector of the St. Francis Theological Seminary, which he continued unit 2013. From 2013 until named a bishop, has been pastor of the Invención de la Santa Cruz parish at Alitatag, Batangas and Member of the Council of Priests of the Archdiocese of Lipa. Bishop Mylo Hubert Vergara, DD
Bishop Mylo Hubert was born on October 23, 1962 at Manila, Philippines. He studied elementary at the Ateneo de Manila Grade School and high school at the Ateneo de Manila High School. He took an undergraduate degree in B.S. Management Engineering and Masters in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University, and he took licentiate in sacred theology at the Loyola School of Theology in the same university, and a Doctorate in Sacred Theology at the University of Santo Tomas. Currently, the Bishop of Pasig.

Larry is described as, showbiz! for his famous association with Filipino celebrities and politicians and his work in the media, the popular priest has been actively involved in social communication, as commentator (for Radio Veritas), columnist, TV host, and professor of theology and communications at the University of Santo Tomas, La Consolacion and Miriam College.

Fr. Luciano Felloni
Fr. Luciano is an Argentinian missionary born in Mar del Plata, Argentina on May 28, 1973. Fr. Felloni is very much a Filipino and speaks fluent Filipino. He has served and influenced hundreds of thousands of Filipinos in the country in his social media, diocesan ministry and parish work. He is currently the Parish Priest of Christ the King Parish in Quezon City Philippines. Currently, the parish priest of Jesus, Lord of Divine Mercy Parish in Mapayapa Village, Quezon City.

Fr. Vincent Louisse Ruaya, DCS
Rev. Fr. Vincent is a Vicar of the Diocese of Surigao, He loves to be with nature. His diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines was erected in 1939, this diocese is one of the oldest ecclesiastical territories in the Philippines. He encouraged SBCA to use social media as invitation for the youth to enter priesthood and religious life and to love and support vocation in all its aspects.

"Papa P" is the Spiritual Director at Our Lady of Peñafrancia Seminary Philosophy Department. Fr. Philippe is the former CEO of 102.3 Spirit FM Sorsogon and former Spiritual Director and Dean at Our Lady of Penafrancia Seminary discipleship Stage, A former College Instructor atSt. Louise de Marillac College in Sorsogon, studied at the Pontificia Università della Santa Croce, Studied Philosophy at De La Salle University and Our Lady of Penafrancia Seminary.
